No β you can book as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account gives you access to shipment history, saved addresses, volume discounts, and priority customer support.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, direct bank transfer, and for account holders, monthly invoicing. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes! Free pickup is included with all bookings. You can schedule a pickup time window during the booking process. Our driver will collect from your door β no need to visit a post office or depot. Same-day pickup is available for bookings confirmed before 11:00 AM AWST.
Bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. After that, a small administration fee may apply. To modify, log into your account or contact our support team directly.
We deliver to every postcode in Australia β including remote and regional areas in WA such as Mount Magnet, Meekatharra, Carnarvon, Newman, Karratha, Kalgoorlie, and beyond. Remote area surcharges may apply for very remote locations.
Capital city to capital city: 1β2 business days (Express), 2β4 business days (Standard). Regional areas: 2β5 business days. Remote WA: 3β7 business days depending on location. Transit times start from confirmed pickup, not booking time.
We make 3 delivery attempts. If no one is home, our driver will leave a calling card with redelivery or collection options. You can also authorise safe drop (leave without signature) during the booking process. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel is held at our nearest depot for 10 business days before return-to-sender.

No β SwiftPack's team prepares all required customs paperwork for you, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Electronic Export Declaration (EED) for shipments above AUD $2,000. For specialist goods (dangerous goods, food, biologicals), additional documentation may be required and our team will guide you through the process.
Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient (Delivery Duty Unpaid β DDU). We can quote Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for certain destinations where we pre-pay duties on your behalf β ask our team for details. All charges will be clearly disclosed before you confirm.
Express Air: 1β5 business days to most destinations. Economy Air: 5β10 business days. Sea Freight: 15β45 days depending on destination. These are estimated transit times from the day of collection and exclude customs clearance delays at the destination country.
Use our Track Your Parcel page and enter your consignment number. Alternatively, you'll receive automated email and SMS updates at every major milestone. Tracking goes live within 2β4 hours of your parcel being collected.
Tracking can occasionally pause during transit between hubs or during air transport. If there's no update after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team at info@swiftpackaustralia.site with your consignment number and we'll investigate within 2 hours.
No. SwiftPack operates on a fully transparent pricing model. The price shown at checkout is the final price, inclusive of fuel surcharge and basic handling. Remote area surcharges, oversized item fees, and insurance are shown separately before you confirm payment.
Yes! Businesses sending 20+ parcels per month qualify for discounted rates. Contact our business sales team at info@swiftpackaustralia.site to discuss a tailored pricing plan. We also offer monthly account invoicing for business clients.
Prohibited items include: explosives, flammable liquids above 1L, weapons, live animals, perishable food without prior arrangement, counterfeit goods, cash or negotiable instruments, illegal substances, and items banned by the destination country. We can arrange packaging supplies for collection alongside your parcel. Alternatively, our hubs in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane stock boxes, bubble wrap, and tape. For high-value or fragile items, we offer a professional packaging service β just ask when booking.
